With an innate sense for timeless design and a visionary approach to spatial storytelling, Rou Zuckerman brings a multidimensional expertise in both interiors and architecture. Renowned for his ability to anticipate and interpret evolving design trends, Rou curates interiors that are not only beautiful—but deeply personal, livable, and transformative.
Rou’s design philosophy centers around harmony and intention. From architectural detailing to the interplay of textiles, color palettes, and custom furnishings, he masterfully composes each space as a complete, cohesive narrative. His meticulous eye for balance and materiality ensures every project is both innovative and thoughtfully resolved.
As co-founder of Roubee Interiors, Rou has established a signature aesthetic that blends modern elegance with meaningful functionality, making a lasting impact across the Indianapolis Metro Area—including Carmel, Fishers, and Zionsville.
Beyond the studio, Rou draws daily inspiration from his dynamic lifestyle. He shares his home with his husband, their two beloved dogs, Louie and Sophie, and their regal Maine Coon cats, Dimitri and Sissi. Whether he’s immersed in the city’s vibrant art and culinary scenes, experimenting in the kitchen, traveling the globe, or giving back to the community—Rou approaches life with the same passion and creativity that defines his work.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jaime Castañeda is a trusted leader known for delivering excellence across residential and commercial projects. As co-founder of Roubee Interiors and a Licensed General Contractor, Jaime oversees every stage of the build process—from planning and scheduling to on-site supervision—with precision, integrity, and unwavering dedication.
His career was forged through decades of hands-on experience, including work with prominent construction firms throughout the Indianapolis Metro Area. This deep foundation of knowledge, paired with a tireless commitment to quality, has made Jaime a respected name in the industry and a reliable partner to clients seeking professionalism and results they can count on. Together with architect Rou and their talented crew, Jaime forms a phenomenal team—bridging design and construction with seamless collaboration and shared vision.
Known for his transparency, work ethic, and ability to bring complex visions to life, Jaime ensures every project under his care meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
When he’s not managing job sites, Jaime enjoys tending to his garden, cooking from scratch, staying active at the gym, and exploring new places. He shares his life with his husband, their two dogs Louie and Sophie, and their beloved Maine Coons, Dimitri and Sissi.
