The pool terrace extends the living experience with distinct zones for lounging, entertaining, and dining. A full outdoor kitchen—complete with a grill and Blackstone griddle—anchors the space, shaded by large umbrellas and surrounded by custom planters that frame panoramic views of a lush, botanical-style garden meticulously maintained by the homeowner.
This transformation celebrates balance—between structure and nature, light and materiality—creating a refined four-season haven where design and function converge. Even in winter, the warmth of the hot tub and the glow of the lights make this outdoor sanctuary come alive.

Roubee Interiors reimagined this 25-year-old outdoor living space into a timeless retreat designed for year-round enjoyment. The renovation features an expanded two-level deck crafted in dual-tone Trex decking—one hue defining the horizontal walking surfaces and another enveloping the vertical deck skirt to complement the home’s exterior palette.

A sleek tension-cable railing framed by matte black posts with integrated LED solar post caps introduces a modern yet understated rhythm that harmonizes with the home’s architecture and existing landscape lighting.
The main deck unfolds across multiple elevations, with three sets of stairs seamlessly connecting the pool area, mezzanine, and residence entry. The mezzanine level invites relaxation with a hot tub and contemporary outdoor furnishings, while the lower deck overlooks a serene koi pond and features a collection of elegant seating pieces, including a freestanding bench, outdoor fireplace, and a custom recessed planter integrated into the deck skirt.
