Designed as a seamless architectural extension of the home, this custom back porch reflects a disciplined approach to outdoor living. Trex® decking establishes a crisp, uniform surface, paired with matte-black Trex® handrails that reinforce the porch’s modern profile. A flat rubber roof introduces clean horizontal lines while providing year-round coverage.

A custom plywood swing, finished with natural-toned cushions and pillows, adds a quiet moment of contrast—refined, intentional, and understated.
Two integrated stair runs create subtle spatial transitions and a composed sense of movement. Overhead, a sculptural wood outdoor fan brings warmth to the ceiling plane without interrupting the geometry. The space is furnished with luxury Polywood® outdoor seating arranged around a built-in gas fireplace, anchoring the porch as a true outdoor room.
